Technical Specifications:

Composition: Traditional blend of the 3 Champagne grape varieties from several harvests.
Made up of approximately 58% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay for the white wine. A Pinot Meunier-based red wine is added.

Dosage: 5.7 g/L

To the eye: The salmon-colored rose enhances the sparkling foam.

Nose: The generous bouquet evolves towards notes of raspberry and red currant.

Mouth: The mouth develops into a taste of fleshy cherry.

Composition:  Traditional blending of 2 to 3 different harvest and then conservation for 36 months in the cellar.

Made up of approximately 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.

Dosage: 5.8 g/L

To the eye: A nice salmon pink color with bright rosé, thin, and plentiful bubbles.

Nose: Fresh nose with aromas of blood oranges and hazelnuts.

Mouth: Intense, lovely, and balanced mouth.

B. Stuyvesant Demi-Sec Champagne

CUVÉE: DEMI-SEC

 

Technical Specifications:

Composition: Traditional blend of the 2 Champagne grape varieties from several harvests.
Made up of approximately 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir

Dosage: 37.2 g/L

Bottles: 375ml, 750ml

To the eye: Light gold color, thin and plentiful bubbles.

Nose: Fresh nose with aromas of blood oranges and hazelnuts.

Mouth: Round and generous with a nice sweetness.

CUVÉE: PREMIER CRU

 

Technical Specifications:

Composition: Blending of two to three different harvests followed by a cellar ageing for about 36 to 48 months.
Made up of approximately 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir

Dosage: 5.1 g/L

Bottles: 750ml

To the eye:  Golden yellow color and fine bubbles.

Nose: Notes of apricot and dried fruits such as hazelnut, gingerbread, honey, and vanilla.

Made up of 100% Chardonnay.

CUVÉE: HERITAGE LIMITED EDITION

 

Technical Specifications:

Composition:  Made up of approximately 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.

Traditional blend of the 3 Champagne grape varieties from several harvests.

 

Bottles: 750ml

A Few Words From The Oenologist:

To the eye: A golden yellow shade embellished with soft pink highlights.

Nose: The bouquet is characterized by notes of apricot and strawberry.

Mouth: The fruity mouth is enhanced by the delicate effervescence

-Bottles of champagne should be stored horizontally away from the light at a temperature of around 12°C.
-It is advised you drink your champagne in the 3 years following its purchase in order better to conserve the specific flavors,         their optimal aging has already been taken care of in the cellars.
-Champagne should be served chilled but not icy, at a temperature of around 10°C.
